Hi Darryl,

You need to create a local bzr branch first before you try to push it
to Launchpad (i.e. bzr wants to push a branch up to Launchpad and
you're not in one).

Here's what you need to do:

$ bzr init
$ bzr add
$ bzr ci -m "Initial commit"
$ bzr push lp:~darryl-moores/+junk/test --use-existing-dir
