1. Time based tracking on bugs.
For example:
I click 'Working on this bug' when I start, I click 'Fixed' (or 'not
working on it any more', e.t.c) when I'm not. Bugs then have a time
associated with how much effort they took to fix. This can be used in
combination with an 'estimate' field which would allow correlation
between estimates and actual times. This concept could be expanded a
lot further to allow a more scrum and agile tracking tool.
