Hi Wiltsky, Go to the following link http://www.ubuntu.com/getubuntu/download
Then select a nearest download location from the drop down available below the green download button and click the download button and that starts download. If you want to have a 64-bit version, then click '***Alternative download options, including Ubuntu installer for Windows<http://www.ubuntu.com/getubuntu/download#> ' and that will enable you to download other version and other type of Ubuntu promoted currently. I think this solves your issue.
