Using as usual the same command to upload a package to my ppa, I got
this error (no quota problem) :

Good signature on /home/nicolas/Bureau/to_package/gjs_0.5-1~ppa10.04+1.dsc.
Package includes an .orig.tar.gz file although the debian revision suggests
that it might not be required. Multiple uploads of the .orig.tar.gz may be
rejected by the upload queue management software.
Uploading to ppa (via ftp to ppa.launchpad.net):
Connection failed, aborting. Check your network [Errno 111] Connection
refused
Where is the problem ? My internet connection is working (I sent this
mail !)
