According to this bug report, http://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=615813 dpkg-buildpackage uses the email address given in the changelog, which means if you use the other mail address and there is only one key associated with this address you should be fine. If you have more then one key in your key ring that is related to this address then you may get into trouble, because one key is selected by chance, and if this is not the one you used in launchpad, then it will not accept the package.
