Hi, I am getting desperate about my question to answer.launchpad.net posted a couple of weeks ago which remains unanswered as of today: https://answers.launchpad.net/launchpad/+question/684238
What shall I do about it? Wait? Post again? Ask somewhere else? The issue is actually blocking us from releasing a new snap and is becoming increasing urgent, however, it doesn't seems difficult to handle such a request, isn't it? I hope somebody could help me. -Olivier
