Hi, I'm wondering if we could use a PPA for distributing an upcoming project according to [1].
The project is a developer productivity tool and it would be great if we could make it easily available for Ubuntu users from the first day for multiple architectures and releases. The .debs are less than 1MB per architecture. The license [2] allows modification, redistribution and redistribution of the modified variants as well. However it is not free to use for commercial purposes. We aim to get it accepted to Debian (non-free) and Ubuntu (multiverse), thus in the long term the PPA could serve backported versions. Thanks in advance, Balint [1] https://help.launchpad.net/Legal#Personal_Package_Archive_eligibility [2] : --- Copyright © 2022 Example Inc. All rights reserved.
