unable to speak with the HP34401A per my soft, despite it is possible with MAX

I can speak with my HM34401A with MAX (Explorateur Measurement &
Automation Explorer , but I can't access it with my soft (error
BFFF00A5 in hexadecimal, despite it is the same adress in both case)
I'm using the driver found on the Ni website for LabView 6.0
