I had the same problem too, using a 4350-USB, a TBX-68T, and a Dell notebook. The suggested solutions did not work for me either.
However, my DAQ system is more stable when connected to a desktop PC running Win2000. I am currently testing whether a dirty laptop power supply may be the problem.
