I' occasionally having trouble where VI's are not able to find their
subVI's. When I repoint them and it opens I get a warning like this:

Functions\Extract Data Type.vi" was loaded from
"C:\DAQTRON\TCL\Utilites\String Functions\Extract Data Type.vi".

Virtual Instrument
- The subVI expected to be at "C:\DAQTRON\TCL\Utilities\String
Functions\Extract Data Type.vi" was loaded from
"C:\DAQTRON\TCL\Utilites\String Functions\Extract Data Type.vi".

As can be seen, the expected and actual path are the same but the VI
couldn't find it and posts a warning.
