Jin, The simpliest way is to use xcLAME command line audio converter . Use can download it here: http://www.softpedia.com/public/cat/11/1/5/11-1-5-6.shtml In LabVIEW, use System Exec.vi to execute the system command "c:\xclame -h test1.wav test1.mp3", for example.
That's all! Works fine and is very fast (1 minute of CD quality audio converts in a couple of seconds) Regards, Pasi Vanhala www.eke.fi -----Original Message----- > >Subject: How to convert wav file to mp3 file >From: "Jin Xuesong" <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> >Date: Thu, 15 Jan 2004 16:30:15 +0000 > > >Hello, all > Would someone kindly give me some advise on how to use LV6 to convert a wav >file to mp3 file? > Thanks a lot. > >Sincerely >Xuesong Jin
