Hi all, I'd like to build a custom protocol with TCP/IP VIs to execute VIs located on a FieldPoint FP2010, and receice the error cluster or any respond from the VI executed on the FP2010 WITHOUT using VI Server-Call by reference node, but same logic??? I was able to build a prototype but it's not effective. Sending data to the FieldPoint is fast and efficient but as soon I want to implement an handshake logic ( giving an answer to the host) the transfer rate decrease by a big factor.
For the upload of data, from FP2010 to PC, I have done my algorithm with the example on NI web site "Transfer Data to the Host in High Rates" and it's working great. Any ideas about the custom protocol ?????? Michel Gauvin Averna Technologies www.averna.com
