There is no logical "or" in LabVIEW's regular expression syntax. It is a
feature that just doesn't exist.

Does anyone know how to craft a regular expression (for match pattern) that
incorporates a logical "or"? I have a list of file names and I want to
write out those file names that have a ".txt" or ".doc" extension. I've
checked several references (awk, grep, sed) and none of those solutions
seem to work.
Thanks
