Extract Numbers.vi simply demostrate extracting decimal numbers. It is not used to extract exponential numbers. To do this, you need use the <B>"Fract/Exp string to number.vi"</B> from <B>String >> String/Number conversion</B>. Or <B>the Scan From String.vi</B>
