I have notice an unusual speed problem in using a wave-form chart control. I have a 
chart with several plots on it and a lot of data. As soon as the chart fills speed 
goes south and CPU usage skyrockets. However if I make the history buffer 1 larger 
than the x scale displayed everything works fast.

Having that 1 un-displayed point out of 17000 makes that big a difference (we are 
talking an order of magnitude speed hit). This has been tested on Mac OS 9, Mac OS X, 
LabVIEW 6.1 and LabVIEW 7.0 so it is almost a feature. Is this just a platform thing 
or is it a general problem on other platforms. This is the one test I didn't do yet.

I have tried to send this message at least 7 times now, but it keeps getting bounced 
by pica for some reason. I keep modifying it to avoid the SPAM filters, but this is a
