Hello, For general troubleshooting of the Application Builder, <ol><li>Go to http://www.ni.com and click on Support at the top.</li> <li>In Option 1, where it says "Select Software," choose LabVIEW.</li> <li>On the LabVIEW Support page, go to Option 3 and select the <a href="http://www.ni.com/support/labview/toolkits/appbuild">Application Builder Troubleshooting Wizard</a>.</li></ol>
In order to further troubleshoot this problem, can you provide some additional details about your computer and the machines your installer fails on? <ul><li>In what version of LabVIEW did you create the installer?</li> <li>Does the installing user have administrative privileges on the computer?</li> <li>Is LabWindows/CVI or any other NI software installed?</li> <li>What operating system is installed?</li></ul> If you can provide the above information and any other relevant information, it will be easier to proceed in troubleshooting.
