That's what boolean functions are. On/Off, 1/0, True/False - all the same thing. There are even conversion functions like number to boolean array. Also on the Advanced -> Data Manipulation palette are rotate and shift functions. If you have an I32/16/8 or U32/16/8 control or indicator, you can select binary in the Format & Precision menu. What more do you want for binary functions?
