Hello Tim, fortunately the problem is solved, but I thought I'd just post the error for "posterity".
The first thing I've tried was rebuilding the VI from scratch. It happens all the time I recreate this specific construction, I guess my array function isn't behaving as it should. Contacting NI support directly is one of the hints given by the program after giving around 5 or 6 error-popups. I couldn't find the right address on the webpage (And I really dislike searching the NI site with all its branches) so I tried to forum.
