Is this when someone else logs onto your computer? If that's the case, the only thing I've ever seen is the security settings of Win2K preventing non-admin users accessing VIs in the LabVIEW folder. This prevents the user from running the program at all. It's the only thing I can think of though. Try changing the access rights to your LabVIEW folder or build an llb or exe and with all subVIs including those from vi.lib and put that into a folder with read/write access to all.
