Sorry for the late response.

I just discovered another option for standardized data in test applications. 
ATML is just XML with some standard formats for ATE applications.  Some more
work is needed, but you can take a look at what is available at
http://www.atml.org/. (you will need to join to get access to the
stylesheets etc, but it is free - no strings)

I have never used ATML, so can't say wether it is really useful.  Just thought
some people may be interested in taking a look.

www.xml.org 

There are schemas from a large number of different user groups.
