I have made some progress but I've run into a problem that I can't figure
out. If anybody would like to help I'll send my wrapped dll calls and notes
of progress.

Twain is a property of the installed software of the QX3 (and many other
visual instruments) and it can be accessed by the EZTWAIN software offered
by www.dosadi.com. This is very useful. There is a free 21 day download
trial.

My goal is to take repeated images at user selected rates and to store them
in a files of some sort. The native software allows you to store these
images as a movie, but I would prefer them as separate BMP's. I'm interested
in peristaltic movements of animal organs.

So far I can take the images and open and close the camera but the part I
cannot do is to get it to click the snapshot automatically, I have to do
this with the mouse. The kicker is that the IntelPlay window does not show
up in the list if applications in the Windows Task Manager so it's not
obvious how to get a handle on this window to send it a mouse click.

Yours Sincerely

John
