How do you align a sub-VI panel inside a main sub-panel?

I am displaying a subVI front panel inside the main VI sub-panel.  How
do I position the sub VI front panel inside the main sub-panel?  I
want to turn the scroll bars off and only show part of the sub VI
front panel.
