Wingston, Please give us some more information on what PCR (Polymerase Chain Reaction?) Temperature and the tree set points are. There is no LabVIEW shipping VI that would specifically set this value. If you already have a formula that would calculate the PCR temperature based on the three temperature inputs, then just use the Formula Node in LabVIEW.
