You've asked a couple of question that seem to indicate you want to do
some SPC. There is an add-on called the <A

Statistical Process Control Toolkit</A> tha comes with examples of
histograms, R Charts, and Process Capability. I've only used the
toolkit occasionally but I know it would have taken a lot more than a
day to write all of the necessary VIs so the cost ($495) was easy to
justify.
