append front panel image crashes in 7.0

I'm trying to use append front panel image.vi in
Labview 7.0 and when called Labview crashes in the
standard report case calling invoke node for IReportData >
AppendPictureFromFile. Labview just
quits. What's weird is it appears to work on a
system w/ a local printer but not one w/ a network
priner. Any ideas?
