On a machine I had installed both LV6.1 and LV7, and hence FieldPoint ver 4.0, I had a problem using a compiled LV6.1 program. It refused to communicate with the FieldPoint hardware, refering to error 32804, "An invalid IAHandle was specified. etc.." When running the source code fram LabVIEW 6.1, there was no problem. I uninstalled FieldPoint 4.0, installed FieldPoint 3.02, and the compiled 6.1 program could also communicate with the hardware without problems. Seems to be a weak spot in FP 4 to me. If anybody know the reason and/or workaround for using FP4 and LV6.1 for compiled programs, let us know. Martin
