Dear Andrew,

I have looked into this issue. It sounds to me like it is a corrupt
installation of NI DAQ. I suggest that you unistall that version of ni
daq on the machine, and then reinstall it. If you continue to get the
same error then it is a possiblity that LabVIEW has also been
corrupted. Below is a link of this problem happening before.

The lvdaq.dll should be intialised during the installation of ni daq.

Also I advise you to istall the latest version of NI DAQ also. You can
download the latest version of this driver on ni.com/downloads. NI DAQ
7.2 is the most up to date at the moment.
