Thank you for your suggestion, I have tried filtering but the frequency range of ECG signal (0.5-100 Hz) is exactly same to frequency range of MRI induced artifacts (<100Hz). It seems, very complex procedure will be requird.
Don't know much abt shielding..i will do research abt it. thanks
