Remote Panel Connection

Okay, so I finally figured out how to make a remote panel, but now how
do I access it? I'm not really sure how to find the file from another
computer. I already saved it into the www root directory thing through
the web publication tool. Also, when I access the page manually from
the computer I made it on everything loads fine except for the vi
which gives me an "Invalid Server IP Address" error.
