Custom Run-Time Toolbar in Labview

I want to build a custom toolbar to replace the standard Labview one
during runtime. I have not found any examples of this, has anyone done
it? It needs to be attached to the window in the same way as the
runtime menu (not a look-alike tagged to the bottom),ie. it does not
sit on the panel, but on the menu bar.
