Xavier; I noticed that most of the time, your questions are not clear and there is not much that some one can understand what are you saying and what do you want!! Most of the time, people don't bother to answer at all!
Any how you said: >I create an image structure and wire it >to an image indicator. What do you mean by this? How do you get the image? Is there any camera involved? Are you reading from a file? >Meanwhile, I map/unmap the image and do something >to the image structure within a CIN. Very unclear! What do you do to the structure? Do you have a copy in a different buffer? What do you mean by map/unmap? What does the CIN do to the original image? >The image is displayed correctly. >That's the normal behavior. >Now I take the rectangle area tool and surround a ROI of my image. What >happens ? Well this area is not updated anymore ! Doesn't seem to be a >wanted feature to me... Then again, you have to look at your diagram? Do you have a "mask" in your program? Do you have a vi called ROI->Mask? Are you doing this in a loop? Have you connected the image to mask input of a Vi (as opposed to image src) Try to be a bit more clear and succinct, if you hope to get an answer! Regards Hamid +++++++++++++++++++++ Dr. Hamid R.
