My honest answer to this is that I think that 90% persons personality,
etc is made up of their environment.  Genic's make up physical things
whereas environment makes up personality etc.  IMO 

I don't think a person is born evil, a serial killer, or anything else
like that.

Jackie is actually the one who would be able to answer this better
though.
