Who know, it beats me but I suppose I must be a believer, I don't know if
thats the right term or anything.

Thats exactly it, I have also found out today that your fire departments
have a bit in there operations manual, about what should be done in the
event of a UFO landing, quardon the area etc. So there's two laws made,
about something which doesn't exist, I wonder how many more there
are.........
Could someone please check this for me.

If so what is it? Or did you mean they are classifying these articles as Top
Secret.
Now there are different classifications of Top secret on access, I.e. "for
White eyes only" "For
Blue eyes" and so on.

There are two classifications that I have heard of but I must stress that I
have found no evidence of there existence.
These are:
Ultra - Used by NATO - the highest rating there is used for documents which
are on a One copy of One basis.
Cosmic - NATO/UN - used for matters of utmost importance, including spy
satellites anything in space really.

--------------------------
Techno Speak - I have noticed that a great many replies to questions of UFO
sighting by reliable witness (airline pilots) have resulted in a rather
queer term. "We have investigated the matter and found that the sighting
was of no defense significance". So a unidentified aircraft flying over a
military base is of no defense significance, does that mean that they know
what it actually was????? and know it was not a threat.

Cheers All Spooky
