Kathy E <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> writes: Hi Sooz :) Yes others on here are watching this case, I've been discussing it with some of the lurkers on here who have been watching along with some of the posters :) I think you'll enjoy CTV, the K-Mart trial I personally found boring, I did watch the closing argument today, and I thought the defense really messed up with his closing concerning the relationship between the son and his parents. It doesn't matter what type of relationship they had, what does matter is their son is dead. To attack the parents and the deceased son is not a smart move to me. I thought the mother did really good on the stand, I had a problem with Johnson just due to the fact I never know when to believe her since her story has changed so many times. I also had a problem with the other child hurt in her care. Yes it wasn't proven she did it, but thinking with my common sense it looks to me like she did. I think her story on what happened is a lie though and the evidence doesn't support her version of what happened, who knows what happened, all we really know is that a baby was killed in her care, and she lied about how it happened. That tells me she is trying to protect herself and it's quite possible the truth is worse than the lie. Sooz wrote: > > Sooz <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> writes: > > Hello Kathy, > > Thanks for these reports.
