(about 6 mths old or so) and gave police a chase all the way to the Mexican border. (San Diego) At the border he stopped and held a gun to the baby's head, holding police off. As they were trying to talk him out of hurting the baby he threw the baby down and ran for the border, 10 feet or so. The Mexican police pulled him across the border and took over. Telling the American police to back off that he belongs to them. They then in turn took him away in the Mexican police car. As the news casters said, this is now an international incident.
