Pat conveniently settled the case on the second day of jury selection.
The amount of the settlement was kept private, but it was reported that
this is the third defamation suit he has settled out of court since his
now infamous "third rate mind" criticism of the law proffessors. Seems to
me that the only person witha third rate mind is Pat himself.
