Sue Hartigan <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> writes: WASHINGTON, March 13 (UPI) _ Paula Jones's lead attorney says President Clinton has shown ``a pattern and practice of obstruction'' in his sworn deposition. Dallas attorney Donovan Campbell made the statement to reporters after associate lawyers filed a 100-page brief and 600 pages of supporting documents in Little Rock today, all in response to Clinton's motion that Jones's sexual harassment suit be dismissed. In Los Angeles, presidential attorney Robert Bennett, who made the earlier motion to have the case dismissed, responded to the Jones filing. He told reporters: ``She has no case. She has suffered no damages. She was never harassed.'' The president's deposition, as well as the depositions of former White House employee Kathleen Willey and three former Arkansas troopers, are believed to be among the 600 supported pages. Campbell told reporters in Washington that because the president ``engaged in a pattern and practice of obstruction'' a judge should find that ``his whole case is weak.'' In attempting to show that Jones's case should not be dismissed, Campbell said the supporting documents indicate that Clinton participated ``in a conspiracy with (former Trooper Danny) Ferguson to violate the constitutional rights of Ms. Jones because of her sex.'' Campbell said the supporting documents also contain a doctor's affidavit showing ``severe emotional distress and damage to Ms. Jones.'' Jones claims then-Gov. Bill Clinton exposed himself to her in a Little Rock hotel room in 1991, and that she suffered adverse job actions as a state employee because she refused his advances. Willey's deposition is believed to contain allegations that Clinton made an unwanted sexual advance to her in the White House during the president's first term. -- Two rules in life: 1.
