Hi Bill,

I find your comments here highly insulting. I did not theorizr about a
planet from outer soace, I saw it in living color. I did not state that
Simpson was a latent homosexual. I merely mentioned his sexual behavior
that could make it a possibility. Apparently, in your mind
missstatement of facts leading up to wrong conclusions gives you the
right to dictate subject matter for the law list.

Now you are taking it on youself to decide what can and cannot be
discussed on the law list? That is pretty high handed! Most of us here
are not lawyers, yet we can discuss legal matters without being
"experts". And inasmuch as psycology is not considered a valid science as
such (here in California you don't even have to have been to college to
hang out your " psychologist" shingle,) I don't think your argument
stands on its own feet. I wonder too if you realize how many
professionals lean on amateurs for their advice, experiments and
opinions. Einstein didn't take any scientist's word for anything, even
Newton. He painstakingly repeated each scientific experiment to his own
satisfactionl eading up to E=MC squared.

I am fully qualified to discuss the things I talk about here. But if I
were not, I would still have the right to speculate, conjecture and
present my point of view. I do have the obligation to be as logical and
truthful as I know how to be and I try hard to do that.

Vi
