He was there to give a speach on policy to the New Hampshire legislators. When asked before his speach about the investigation of the president he declined comment saying he was there to speak on policy. Once he got to the podium it was a different story. He launched into an attack on Web Hubbell and the president. All of the Democrat legislators walked out.
