Hi Len,
I think there WERE some questions about the distance the gun was from the
body. But the gun was indeed there. And experts determined that the
distance was consistent with a suicide, given the recoil etc. If someone
murdered him and tried to make it look like suicide I think it would be
apparent to the eye of the experts investigating it.
