You are always welcome to create a new fpGUI backend for mobile
devices. ;-)  Felipe worked on a few WinCE changes for fpGUI-GDI (back
in the v0.4 days) and apparently wasn't to hard to get the basics
working.

BTW:
 What does Linux Handheld devices use for the display backend. I guess
X11 would be overkill. Maybe some framebuffer driver?
