With today windows snapshot (Lazarus-0.9.25-fpc-2.2.1-20080423-win32.exe) freshly installed (after uninstalling the previous one and renaming the remaining directory), trying to add a package (lazdaemon, but I suppose it doesn't matter), I have this problem rebuilding the ide. The usual causes (using a different fpc or a different/global fpc.cfg) don't seem to apply here.
