Some code( TEditorOptions.GetSynEditPreviewSettings ) suggest that in the edit-env, no gutter should be drawn. Then in TEditorOptionsForm.GeneralCheckBoxOnChange it is made dependent on the actual config.
So when the page first shows a gutter is not drawn, but if you start changing things (or just click into the Color/highlight) synedit, the gutter magically appears. What is the intention?
