It's useful take some care. Here in my work there are people using vista that came with no files locked and other people using vista that came with locked files. I still can't understand the criterion used by the Redmont guys...
In anyway if someone here had to unlock some files in vista I ask to inform, please, how was the procedure adopted. I can't release the files in a way that Lazarus can write its configuration files.
