There are a few minor changes I would still like to make to fpGUI
Toolkit which will stabilise the API even more, but overall fpGUI's
API now has a lot less code-breaking changes compared to a year ago. I
was planning on starting the LCL-fpGUI interface in 2009, so I think
it's good to go.

Even though I can't work actively on the LCL-fpGUI Interface at this
time, any patches are more than welcome.
