You need "lazarus-0.9.26-fpc-2.2.2-win32.exe", (the download link is on this page: http://sourceforge.net/project/showfiles.php?group_id=89339&package_id=105599&release_id=631057) the one you downloaded is the cros-compiler (win to linux, I think).
