Looking "correct" and looking "good" are different things. Most designs, 
built with "powerful" layout managers, do no more look nice when the dpi 
change, or when elements start wrapping after the form is shrinked.

My experience: Really scalable designs do not deserve sophisticated 
layout managers with almost unpredictable runtime behaviour. All other 
designs only deserve a sophisticated design tool, and no runtime 
management should garble the tweaked design.
