Nothing changed as far as I know.

A friend has reported something similar, I haven't had any problem
updating svn using svn+ssh, but anonyous access have problem since this
morning (he lives in Spain) and more he said the lists have not worked
normally since the last changes. There is something happening, for example
at least for the lazarus mailing list the archive show the last records
only for may: http://lists.lazarus-ide.org/pipermail/lazarus/
