There definitely was a fclfpreport.lpk package and the demo had a dependency on that. This was when everything was in a single reporting repository though. Maybe because of the repository split (FPC, Lazarus and fpGUI) things got lost along the way. I'll have to get a Lazarus repo update to double check what Michael committed in there.
