Theoretically an even more abstract TCustomLazDockingManager could be
created.
Don't forget that TCustomLazDockingManager is bound also to
TCustomLazControlDocker and that TCustomLazDockingManager expects
only one TDockManager for all windows.
All these restrictions may be applicable to the Lazarus IDE, but not to
other applications.
